What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery shipping rates are calculated via UPS Calculator for all domestic and Canada orders. International Checkout orders are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on which region you are shipping to.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal as payment options during checkout.
How long will delivery take?
All domestic and Canada orders are shipped via UPS GROUND. Expedited shipping is currently not available online. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
To ensure your data is safe, all transaction methods are handled over PCI compliant servers using a 126bit encrypted SSL Certificate. Personal information is never sold or shared.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will receive a confirmation email from our system that your order is being processed. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and payment verification. After that your order is ready to be shipped out and you will receive another email notifying you that your order has been shipped.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, our system will give you several notifications via email that your order has been processed, shipped, and completed. You can always reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any additional questions regarding your order.
